We love to champion health and fitness, it’s one of our super experiences!
Also everyone else in the Hub have been working hard on their Yoga too. We have done that well, Kelly awarded us certificates. We feel very proud of ourselves!

The people we support in the hub have been using the parachute to play games in the Music room. The parachute is great for coordination and team work.

Ross has been busy making some lovely gifts for his mum.
Cole really enjoyed looking and interacting with all the animals in tropical paradise right in Leeds at Tropical World this weekend. Watching the Meerkat’s and looking at vibrant flowers, and exotic creatures from around the globe in a relaxing and educational setting.
